I moved to Raleigh in 2004

and found myself needing a root canal because of a bad filling done by a dentist in VA. I had only been in Raleigh for 3 weeks and I went through the phone book looking for a dentist. Luckily, I found Bufano & Bufano. I had always heard horror stories about root canals but Dr. Eric made me feel at ease. Even though he had never seen me before, he fit me into his schedule that same day and gave me a root canal. I have been going there twice a year ever since and I recommend them to everyone I know. Jenny does my cleanings and she is also wonderful!! I actually look forward to my semi-annual cleanings.

This office always feels welcoming to visit.

The Densit and hygenist always greet you promptly and as if you see them more than just twice a year. The conversation during the appointment with my hygenist always shows that she remembers me and keeps me coming back. I personally have never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment and am in and out with x-rays done very quickly with plenty of time to spare during lunch break. Dr Bufano (Mr.) is extremely thorough in his examinations of imaging and previous issues and has caught all potential cavities (my fault) before they became a larger issue. I was hesitant to leave my dentist of over 20 years after moving to Raleigh as he was a close family friend, but my experience with Bufano and Bufano has made the transition pleasant. Very highly recommended.

The staff is so friendly, the doctor answered my questions thoroughly and I was out in a VERY reasonable time. The service was wonderful as well. BEST EXPERIENCE BY FAR I HAVE EVER HAD AT A DENTIST OFFICE! I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone in the triad area, it’s worth traveling the distance.

Didn’t Know What I Was Missing!

I visited my family dentist for thirty years and was fairly pleased. Of course this was based on the fact that I had never visited another office to experience the services that others provided. A situation arose in which I had to change to another dentist, and man, I’m so glad I did! I chose Drs. Eric & Lisa Bufano’s dental office. The best dental choice I had ever made! I didn’t realize all those years that a dental office could get much better than the one I had experienced, but I was wrong! I wished I would have changed over years ago when they first opened! The doctors and staff are both professional and friendly. I carry my kids there as well and we all enjoy the family friendly atmosphere that this dental office provides. We love the Bufanos and staff, and would recommend anyone to try their services!
